One of Christin's favorite item is this photo of her and Tino Martinez taken in Toronto '04. She tried all summer to get close enough to Tino for him to sign it, but it didn't happen, there were always too many fans around. So she sent it to him in the mail and she wrote him a personal letter. He took the time to read the letter, and then personalized this for Christin. It was returned within the week. What a guy!
Christin has been able to build her collection by working at Nashua Sports Collectibles where she's met many New England Professional Sportsmen. Some of her items were received as gifts or at charity events. However, most of her autographs are obtained by her, in person at ball games and events. Lots of her favorite items were given to her by the ballplayers themselves!
